Not just coffee has caffeine in sodas is also tails, some tea, cold medicine, diet pills, cocoa and chocolate and energy drinks.
Some people have switched from regular coffee to decaffeinated coffee due to health problems or want to lessen their dependence on caffeine. What’s best regular coffee or decaf?
Caffeine is bad or good
There have been many studies of the caffeine, most have found that caffeine in moderation does not cause health problems. Forms of decaffeinated
