The effects of coffee on health
The widespread consumption of coffee in the world has made of this aromatic brew a kind of aphrodisiac for science, exalted and capable of producing contradictory debates.
Despite the passing years and the hundreds of studies, experts fail to agree on the effects of coffee on human health.
The following are, briefly, some of the questions and answers on the tables of medical discussion.
Coffee Does it contribute to the formation of cancer?
As with almost all foods possibly carcinogenic, there are no conclusive studies linking coffee with the disease.
By contrast, there are tests indicating that could help prevent some cancers such as colon.
Coffee has about 1,000 chemicals, many of which are antioxidants. While cooler, better, if one drinks until 20 minutes after manufacture, the body retains for about 30 days over 300 beneficial substances.
