Meditation techniques

meditation techniquesThe magic comes from within you, not the tools, equipment, candles, incense and other items used in the process. Its realization, you must be able to ignore all outside distractions and achieve mental stability that can concentrate and channel.

We use meditation to visualize, in divination and magic in different ways. All these methods are routes to reach the Spirit that is, both within and outside of you. But meditation also will be useful in everyday life because it enables you to clear your mind, help you in solving problems and relax. Some people get nothing to them to meditate, but for most it is a skill to be learned and practiced.

Before addressing the ways in which meditation can develop the desire to clarify some concepts:

Relax: It’s the ability to relax the mind and / or body and not let concerns and anxiety interfere with the process. Many people only get their sleep. Dreams, in fact, show you what happens in your mind because it was still spinning the concerns. It is likely you will find it extremely difficult to physically relax especially if you think you should be doing other things. True relaxation is not equivalent to “relax a little,” be able to do so means that you are comfortable although not moving a finger.

Meditation: The ability to focus on one thing or nothing, so excluding all other thoughts. Most guesses are made in a light meditative state, as this allows us access to our internal knowledge. Some people believe that if you meditate may neither see nor hear nor feel the outside world, but this is not true. You will be aware of everything around you, but will not affect you.

Guided Meditation: The meditation technique in which listening to another person guide your thoughts so greatly facilitates you immerse yourself in that state. Can be done with a tape or a story, perhaps with an argument prepared.

Experience Tour: The guided meditation technique which has a “history” that animates who is listening to become the main character. During the story, the listener is encouraged to embark on a journey that will meet with various signs, symbols, people and even deities. You will be encouraged to communicate to receive answers to their questions and to interpret the symbols you see. This experience can be recorded, read aloud or, if you’re single, you have to remember the way and repeat it mentally.

Daydreaming: Occurs when you relax and allow your mind is abstracted. Often you find yourself in a scenario where you have to interact with others and where what happens will seem quite real. Daydreaming is like meditation, guided experience, and of course, to be displayed. The main difference, however, is that it is uncontrolled and unstructured. You can, however, be a good starting point for learning other skills.

Visualization: The ability to create or recreate a scene, a series of events, etc.., So that even becomes a reality you can see, hear, taste, smell and feel like you’re there. Visualization is key in the magic and speak of it in the next chapter, but mention it here because it is part of meditation techniques.

As I said before, in witchcraft we use various forms of meditation. It’s great to clear my mind and get rid of the daily confusion. Today we are so busy that we rarely have the opportunity to unwind. We all have concerns that are putting more and more nervous and we should try to resolve with time, because if we give them back, so that increases then it is very difficult to get rid of them and concentrate on what really matters. I find it absolutely impossible to pass from a hectic day to a state of deep meditation, but it would be wrong from time to time, as could hicieras by distanciarte problems.
