Today, fast foods have become a must for many people out. Urgency of time and work, or excessive devotion to the comfort of modern life seem to be stronger than the desire to contribute through food, our health.
Pizzas, burgers, fries, hot dogs, cutlets, patties or any other of the many proposals that we can get into the world of “delivery” Dining transformed in recent years to feed a habit of quick and simple solution. Though not as good for health.

For lack of time, convenience or unwillingly, every day more people choose, even several times a week, eat this kind of food, better known as junk food or fast food.

This diet is characterized by an excessive content of calories, fat and salt. It is very common among young, single people or couples who both work long hours.

Advantages and disadvantages

They usually have good taste, are inexpensive, can be eaten in a few minutes to wash dishes there, and you may swallow anywhere and stand up.

If this type of food becomes a habit, the immediate consequences may be: overweight, high cholesterol, increased blood pressure, diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

The incidence of these foods on nutritional status and health vary if intake is sporadic or continuous. Both children and adults, is not the same if you eat junk food once a week every day.

Reflection and Change

Would be nice to all people, especially those with young children, are aware of the irreversible consequences produced by this way of eating.

Sometimes the daily maelstrom prevents us from pausing a moment and reflect on acts that seriously undermine our health.

But it is worth making an effort to change those customs which are contrary to our welfare.
Eat more dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese), fresh vegetables (raw or cooked) and seasonal fruits is a healthy outlet, and equally rich quick. In short, use the freezer and the microwave is healthier than ever come that we have no desire to cook the deceptive world of delivery and junk food.
We don’t have to eat fast food or junk food again.
