They tested five diets and found that the most effective was the one who had a high protein content that includes lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, vegetables and nuts.

And, low in carbohydrates with a low glycemic index, such as bread, oatmeal and brown rice, because these are broken down slowly during digestion, giving a feeling of fullness for longer and stabilize blood sugar levels in the blood .

The research was conducted at the University of Copenhagen, showing that the results may finally solve the puzzle of obesity.
