Types of Skin Aging

There are six types of aging that affect our hair, nails and skin. All combine to throughout our life, and each has a specific way. Here are some tips for how to combat it.
Chronological aging: Inevitably, the cellular functions of all organs will come down over the years. This causes loss of firmness, elasticity and skin moisture and the consequent appearance of wrinkles and expression lines. It may delay their effects with products or pills that stimulate the regeneration of collagen and elastic.
Photo-aging: is produced by exposure to sunlight, UVA and UVB rays which dry the skin, undermining his ability to retain moisture. To avoid this, we should use sunscreen, especially-but not only if we are to expose between 11 am and 16 pm.
Hormonal impact: the decrease in estrogen production that occurs after age 45, affects the appearance of the skin, and that sex hormones affect the skin thickness, hydration, pigmentation, and sebum secretion.
